醫(yī)用電子內(nèi)窺鏡的維修

內(nèi)窺鏡的歷史經(jīng)歷了從硬性光學(xué)內(nèi)窺鏡到光導(dǎo)纖維內(nèi)窺鏡再到電子內(nèi)窺鏡的過(guò)程。隨著半導(dǎo)體和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,1983年美國(guó)人(雅能weIch Allyn公司)首先發(fā)明了電子內(nèi)窺鏡并應(yīng)用于臨床,被認(rèn)為是內(nèi)窺鏡發(fā)展史上的第三個(gè)里程碑。隨后日本的奧林巴斯、富士潘太克斯等公司也相繼開(kāi)發(fā)了各具特色的電子內(nèi)鏡。

電子內(nèi)窺鏡工作原理是冷光源對(duì)所檢查或手術(shù)部位照明后物鏡將被測(cè)物體成像在CCD光敏面上,CCD將光信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),由電纜傳輸至視頻處理器,經(jīng)處理還原后顯示在監(jiān)視器上。CCD光敏面由規(guī)律排列的二極管組成,每一個(gè)二極管稱為一個(gè)像素(picture elemont),像素的多寡決定像質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣。目前的制作工藝普遍可達(dá)到30~41萬(wàn)像素。電子內(nèi)窺鏡靶面和有效尺寸為Fi(外徑)=2mm左右,而且CCD輸出信號(hào)的一級(jí)放大電路也要包含在2mm的圓柱體積內(nèi)。電子內(nèi)窺鏡像質(zhì)的好壞主要取決于CCD性能,其次還有驅(qū)動(dòng)電路和后處理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)指標(biāo),包括分辨率、靈敏度、信躁、光譜響應(yīng)、暗電流、動(dòng)態(tài)范圍和圖像滯后等。

不論電子或纖維內(nèi)窺鏡,其鏡身外均為合成樹(shù)脂保護(hù)層,形成內(nèi)部與外界隔絕的密閉環(huán)境。內(nèi)窺鏡的品牌也較多,以上消化道內(nèi)窺鏡為例。內(nèi)窺鏡的內(nèi)部含有角度鋼絲,活檢通道,導(dǎo)光束,水氣通道,電子鏡有CCD組件及信號(hào)傳輸電纜、纖維鏡有視像束等,一旦出現(xiàn)漏氣,人體腔內(nèi)分泌物、粘液、水等通過(guò)泄漏處進(jìn)入內(nèi)窺鏡內(nèi)部,腐蝕其結(jié)構(gòu)。角度鋼絲受腐蝕易斷,角度活動(dòng)受限,視像束、導(dǎo)光束受腐蝕易變硬、粘連,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度時(shí)斷裂或抽絲。先端頭物組鏡頭腐蝕易生霉、霧珠、斑跡,嚴(yán)重影響診斷和治療。電子鏡CCD組件受腐蝕,易短路,燒壞CCD,并引發(fā)主機(jī)故障,維修價(jià)格非常昂貴。所以測(cè)漏是內(nèi)窺鏡室醫(yī)護(hù)人員或工程師每天必做的重要工作。
