預防方法：①務必將內鏡先端至放松狀態，以免在彎曲部插入時受阻，強行通過后會造成鉗子管道受損；②等到附件伸出鉗子管道口以后再釋放針頭；③閉合活檢鉗后插拔；④使用沒有問題的活檢鉗。鉗子管道有針孔無法從外觀上發現需進行漏水測試，若測漏過程中鉗子管道插入口及鉗子管道出入口連續冒氣泡，說明鉗子管道有針孔，勿繼續使用，以免造成更嚴重的損傷。
