因此在使用前應先對彎曲部的角度進行調(diào)整和校對，必要時可送回原廠返修，以保證內(nèi)鏡的安全性。另外內(nèi)鏡角度鋼絲容易因使用頻率過高而發(fā)生斷裂，此種情況需重新更換鋼絲。內(nèi)鏡使用過程中有黃色液體流出，則考慮為內(nèi)鏡鏡體破損，若檢查無鏡體破損則懷疑為操作部吸引器按鈕密封不良，可拔出吸引按鈕，檢查密封圈是否存在老化破損，并更換新的配件。

3.送氣、送水、吸引管堵塞類故障。故障分析及排查：因加壓泵高度會影響灌注壓，導致無法送水，因此首先檢查泵體壓是否與患者同高，排除泵體壓故障。其次檢查送氣孔及送水孔是否通暢，可以細鋼絲在內(nèi)窺鏡結(jié)構的前端疏通，一邊通一邊送氣、送水以排除故障。在解除故障后需注意將噴嘴復原，并妥善固定。若非送氣、送水孔堵塞則懷疑為內(nèi)鏡氣路單向閥門內(nèi)小彈簧生銹，可打開單向閥門，以酒精棉布擦拭后涂抹專用潤滑油，并重新安裝。
