一、床旁預處理流程：當內窺鏡從病人體內取出后，護士及時使用含有清洗劑的紗布沿著操作部向先端部方向擦拭。然后使用含酶清洗劑的水反復吸引沖洗管腔。

1、 Bedside pretreatment process: after the endoscope is taken out of the patient, the nurse uses gauze containing cleaning agent to wipe along the operation part toward the tip in time. Then, the lumen was repeatedly sucked and rinsed with water containing enzyme detergent.

二、運送至消毒室，消毒室工作人員清洗槽內注入適量過濾水（符合內窺鏡清洗消毒規范）進行內窺鏡的測漏檢查，內窺鏡完好無滲漏。含清洗液（酶液）的清洗槽內，及時對內窺鏡進行預清洗。

2、 After being transported to the disinfection room, the staff of the disinfection room injected an appropriate amount of filtered water into the cleaning tank (in accordance with the endoscope cleaning and disinfection specifications) for leak detection inspection of the endoscope. The endoscope was in good condition without leakage. In the cleaning tank containing cleaning solution (enzyme solution), timely pre clean the endoscope.

1、使用清潔紗布在清洗槽內（含酶清洗劑）反復擦洗鏡身，擦洗插入部和操作部，紗布一用一更換。

1. Use cleaning gauze to repeatedly scrub the lens body in the cleaning tank (including enzyme detergent), scrub the insertion part and the operation part, and replace the gauze once in use.

2、酶液下手工刷洗，使用專用內窺鏡清洗刷，分別對內窺鏡的所有管道、注水注氣按鈕、先端帽等進行反復刷洗。尤其是按鈕內部的空隙，更是刷洗的部位。清洗刷一用一換，清洗液一用一換。

2. Manual brushing under enzyme solution: use special endoscope cleaning brush to repeatedly brush all the pipes, water and gas injection buttons and tip caps of the endoscope. In particular, the gap inside the button is the part to be brushed. The cleaning brush shall be replaced once in use and the cleaning liquid shall be replaced once in use.

3、使用過濾水沖洗干凈內窺鏡的內管道和外管壁的清洗劑，壓力氣槍吹干水分。按鈕和閥門、清洗刷沖洗干凈。

3. Rinse the cleaning agent of the inner pipe and outer pipe wall of the endoscope with filtered water, and blow the water dry with a pressure air gun. The button, valve and cleaning brush shall be cleaned.

4、注氣注水按鈕、清洗刷、可以復用的附件等放入超聲清洗器中用含酶清洗液震蕩清洗。

4. Put the gas injection and water injection button, cleaning brush, reusable accessories, etc. into the ultrasonic cleaner and shake them with the cleaning liquid containing enzymes.

三、將過預清洗后的內窺鏡及附件、清洗刷共同放入全自動內窺鏡清洗消毒機中進行清洗。

3、 Put the pre cleaned endoscope, accessories and cleaning brush into the full-automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine for cleaning.

四、清洗機清洗程序運行結束后，消毒人員更換手套，取出內窺鏡并刷卡記錄，使用壓力氣槍向所有管道充氣至少30s，使其管腔完全干燥。使用無菌擦拭巾、壓力氣槍干燥內窺鏡外表面、按鈕和閥門。安裝按鈕和閥門。將內窺鏡鏡頭涂抹保護蠟。

4、 After the cleaning procedure of the cleaning machine is completed, the disinfection personnel shall replace gloves, take out the endoscope and swipe the card for recording, and inflate all pipes with pressure air gun for at least 30s to completely dry their lumens. Dry the external surface of the endoscope, buttons and valves with sterile wipes and pressure air guns. Install buttons and valves. Apply protective wax to the endoscope lens.

五、放入內窺鏡專用運送車備用，不再使用的內窺鏡放入專用柜儲存，每次使用前進行再次消毒。

5、 Put it into the special delivery vehicle for endoscopes for standby. Put the endoscopes that are no longer in use into the special cabinet for storage. Disinfect them again before each use.

六、對清洗消毒設備及使用的內窺鏡每季度會定期進行生物學培養監測清洗消毒質量，使用內窺鏡追溯系統，做到每一條內窺鏡從診療到消毒每一個環節都有據可查。

6、 The cleaning and disinfection equipment and endoscopes used will be regularly biological cultured every quarter to monitor the cleaning and disinfection quality, and the endoscope tracing system will be used to ensure that every link from diagnosis and treatment to disinfection of each endoscope is documented.
